This exploratory-sequential thematic analysis was undertaken to discover or connect how experts in business or entrepreneurship view, use, or adopt notions of spirituality and or psychological sustainability in start-ups. A “Start-up” is a business that is new or directly out of concept. Within this study, a thematic analysis sought to expose any themes from three separate podcast transcripts from the United States. The podcasts specialize in business start-ups and entrepreneurship. After intensive analyses of the transcripts of podcast conversations, a variety of themes were documented, categorized, then presented within a table that unfortunately reveals that these keyword subjects are neglected in this form of media, and the subjects did not arise in any level of discussion regarding the business life-cycle. In terms of study design, preliminary qualitative designs are often considerations at the outset of secondary source analyses. Thematic analysis is an accepted form of qualitative research. This exploratory thematic analysis may provoke future studies in these areas which have implications in the fields of psychology, business, and religious studies....
As the country’s high-quality talents, college students are an important force in national construction. Evaluating the innovative and entrepreneurial abilities for Chinese students will help promote innovation and entrepreneurship education system and improve the reform of educational system and mechanism of colleges, thereby enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students and then pushing the country into the ranks of a strong country in human resources and a strong country in talents. This work designs a ResNet-based evaluation method to college innovation and entrepreneurship abilities; the main contributions are as follows. (1) When ResNet performs feature extraction, there are problems of bloated network structure and feature loss. A feature extraction backbone network based on ResNet is proposed. To solve the issue of loss for shallow features in process of feature extraction, a skip architecture is added to fuse the shallow details and spatial information with the deep semantic information. To solve the problem of weak model generalization ability caused by the shallow network, a network stacking strategy is proposed to deepen the network structure. (2) Aiming at the problem that ResNet using single-scale feature prediction cannot effectively utilize multiscale features in the network, a multiscale feature prediction is designed. According to idea of feature pyramid, multiple feature maps with different scales are selected for the improved residual network. It designed a multiscale feature fusion strategy for fusing the selected multiscale feature maps into a feature map and evaluated the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities on the fused feature maps. Finally, comparative experiment proves that the improved feature extraction backbone network and multiscale feature scheme can improve performance accuracy on constructed dataset....
Each individual has a number of passions, various abilities and skills that they identify or not throughout life. A critical point in which we are determined to reflect more on our personality, what we want or some things we dream of is when we make choices such as: what specialization will we go to high school, which is the right faculty for me, what activities and organizations I could choose for my free time or what job I will choos? When it comes to choosing a career, things seem more complicated than we would expect, and this decision, compared to the ones mentioned above, often causes a kind of anxiety. We have noticed during the last years this fear among the x generation,, of the y generation and obviously, we now have a curiosity about the Z generation, which will mean for this the choice of the professional direction. A common element of the examples presented refers to "Employer Branding", in a free translation, the image of an employer that a company has, but we will explain this notion from several points of view below. Thus, we have chosen in this paper to approach an interesting topic aimed at the labor market, its dynamics, how we become more competitive both as employees and employers, but especially the influence of the concept of "Employer Branding" on attracting talent to organizations. , phrase found in the title of the research. The arguments of the analysis of such a subject are found in the chapters, as follows: besides various theoretical approaches made by Richard Mosley and other authors recognized for their writings in this field, included in the first part, towards the end of the paper we find the practical elements are defining; how do you build a strategy, what are the estimated costs for such actions, and recipes that can make attracting talent much easier....
Innovation-driven development strategy comes from the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and needs to be deepened, tested and expanded continuously in practice. In order to better guide, promote, enrich and test our innovation practice, this paper decomposes and excavates the connotation of innovation-driven development strategy: innovation-driven development strategy is an important driving force and inevitable choice under the new situation in China, and it is a comprehensive and in-depth, long-term and continuous systematic project. Based on the two connotations of the innovation- driven development strategy, this paper has studied five implementation paths of the innovation-driven development strategy based on the literature analysis method: firstly, scientific and technological innovation should be the “bull’s nose”, secondly, innovative talents should grow healthily and there should be a “blowout” phenomenon, and thirdly, there should be a strong confidence in innovation. Third, there should be a strong confidence in innovation, fourth, we should take the path of combining independent, cooperative and asymmetric innovation, and fifth, we should let the innovation results be transformed. Through the analysis of the connotation of innovation- driven development strategy and the study of the implementation path, we can inject new vitality into the national and regional science and technology development....
Technological progress is reflected in the drone market. As a result, new possibilities for the use of drones in various industries are emerging. However, new opportunities also create new threats that menace people's lives and the security of businesses. Many companies have already implemented drones into their processes, which creates a source to learn from. Therefore, authors will try to answer basic questions, such as what added value the use of drones can bring to companies, what dangers may arise, what are the limitations, and how managers should approach the decision-making process about drones. In the first step of the methodology, the literature was analysed, followed by the analysis of other materials such as corporate reports and newspapers. Subsequently, managerial implications were created through deduction and generalization. Based on them, recommendations for drone management were proposed. Managers should identify potential drone uses for their businesses. It is also necessary to identify the potential dangers arising from the misuse of drones by external entities. SWOT analysis is appropriate for the analysis of possibilities and risks, benefits, and limitations. One of the main limitations of the use of drones in practice is the legislation, which differs in each country. This may result in increased costs for complying with the legislation....
Innovation is considered one of the main drivers of the economic development of countries and a foundation of the companies' competitive advantage. The literature argues it is vital for SMEs' survival. The identification of companies innovation drivers rely on understanding how a country's business environment impacts business innovation. So, this research work aims to identify and quantify which business environment characteristics have influenced worldwide business innovation activity in the last years. This goal will be reached using a panel data econometric methodology applied to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) data for a period of ten years until 2017. This study concludes that factors such as financing, government support, lower taxes and bureaucracy, entrepreneurship education in primary and secondary levels, and economic openness positively affect business innovation worldwide....
